What role do you typically play in a project?

We serve as facilitator, coach, and advisor. We offer clients practical suggestions and alternatives based on our assessment of your individual situation, our personal experience with other organizations, as well as current best practices and industry standards. We will work alongside you, helping to guide your decision-making and implementation; a process we believe merits your participation in order to ensure success.

What organizations have you worked with? May I call them for a reference?

We have worked with large and small non-profits in a wide variety of sectors. Please click here to see our client list: Clients. We would be happy to give you their contact information. Please reach out to us for more information.

How do you charge for your services? Will my organization be able to afford a consultant?

We work on an hourly rate or on a project fee basis, depending on your needs and the type of project. We are sensitive to your budget constraints so we tailor our services to meet your needs. You will find that our rates are very competitive and frequently less than many consulting companies because we work independently. We are happy to meet with you, discuss your particular needs, and give you an estimate with no cost or obligation.

Why should I bring in an outsider to help my organization?

Even organizations with large staffs hire outside consultants and there are many good reasons to do so. Consultants can offer you skills you may not have internally as well as an objective viewpoint. For more on this subject, click here: Why Hire a Consultant?
